Devī as the interlocutor asks the lord through which method the stainless state can be attained. The text knows of the ten mahāvidyās, hence is probably a later tantra.

”In the age of kali, the devas are not delighted by any other method.
O Devi, in the age of kali, Kālikā bestows liberation, she swiftly grants fruits.”
The reveals the seed-syllable and several mantras of Kālikā in the typical cryptic fashion of a mantra-uddhāra.
The tantra offers a detailed procedure of how to meditate on caitanyam uttamam, ultimate awareness, by piercing through the cakras.
A detailed description of various goddesses and their meditations in the cakras, meditations on kuṇḍalinī in the presence of a śakti and by inserting the tongue in the nasal cavity. Drawing the nectar from haṁsa, followed by tarpaṇa with nectar of the goddesses ḍākinī etc. from cakra to cakra, ultimately tarpaṇa of kuṇḍalinī.

“One who, in the state of inseparability, contemplates the entire world as the feminine, and consciousness as the nature of Śiva — Pārvatī in the heart, and Śiva with the head — such a one becomes of the nature of the deity.”
rātrau ca pūjayed devīṃ na divāpi kadācana || 7/24 ||
"One should only worship Devī at night, never by day.”
The chapter offers details about the worship of girls and young ladies.
A list of sacred pīṭhas is given as follows:

The tantra is aware of the kāmākhyāvastra, the cloth of Kāmākhyā, that is to be held in the hand while practising.
Further, a list of sacred flowers is provided.
The chapter describes the mantra and esoteric practice of śmaśānakālikā.
The tantra beautifully describes the state of the realised practitioner who experiences divinity within himself and everywhere.
The tantra offers remedies for a barren womb; descriptions of the yantras; further mantras.
The chapters discuss Vedic mantras, followed by a practice procedure (seat, purification of the elements, etc.).
An elaborate practice procedure similar to Śrīvidyā is presented.
